Extract -binfilter tarball when it exists
* bin/setup.in, bin/unpack: extract -binfilter tarball when it
exists
* bin/setup.in: put Common options before distro options to enable
overriding the Common defaults
* patches/src680-m{8,9}/apply: add patch which went lost during
the m upgrades and reenable/re-disable some patches not needed
anymore/which were updated.
* distro-configs/Debian.conf.in: --enable-binfilter
* patches/src680-m8[6789]/apply: disable
config_office-qt-pkgconfig.diff, not everyone has qt-mt.pc packaged
- Trolltech doscourages it's use anyway and it's regularily broken
* patches/src680-m8[6789]/apply,
patches/src680/config_office-check-moc.diff: add
check for moc and set $(MOC) (cws configure9)
