Simple install procedure

  % tar zxvf cairomm-<version>.tar.gz	# unpack the sources
  % cd cairomm-<version>		# change to toplevel directory
  % ./configure				# run the `configure' script
  % make				# build cairomm
  % make install			# install cairomm
