Enhancement CanActivateSessions for OpenSolaris.
VT switching is always enabled on Linux, but for OpenSolaris VT switching
can be truned of by 'svcadm disable vtdaemon'. So we should also check
whether the service vtdaemon is online on OpenSolaris.
