Collecting Full USB Stack Information

1. Dumping USB tree

  - Obtain the latest USBView tool from Microsoft:

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff560019%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

  - Run it as following:

    usbview /q /f /saveall:MyUsbTree.txt
    usbview /q /f /savexml:MyUsbTree.xml

  - USB tree dump will be stored in MyUsbTree.txt and MyUsbTree.xml files.
