Subject: change to internal python for Mac, raise minimum python version to
 2.6

pyuno has been python3-ified. Only python 2.6 and later are
forward-compatible.
Mac OSX 10.4 comes with 2.3, Mac OSX 10.5 comes with 2.5 only
